I accept insurance for speech and feeding therapy services. Please note that coverage varies by plan, and families are responsible for any remaining balance not covered by insurance (including copays, coinsurance, or non-covered services). I’m happy to help you understand your benefits and provide estimates before starting services so there are no surprises.
-
Yes. I can provide detailed documentation and superbills if you’d like to submit claims to your insurance provider for out-of-network reimbursement.

Rates vary based on the type of service and visit length. I’m happy to talk through what to expect and find the best fit for your family. Please reach out for current pricing and availability.

Therapy sessions are 45 minutes and scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on your child’s needs. A speech and language evaluation is 60 minutes, and a feeding evaluation (infant feeding or pediatric feeding) is 90 minutes to allow for time to discuss your child’s feeding history.
-
Your child’s first visit is an evaluation where I get to know your family, observe your child’s skills, and discuss your goals. Together, we’ll create an individualized therapy plan tailored to your child’s needs.
If your child is scheduled for a feeding evaluation, please have them ready for a meal during the scheduled time.

I understand that life happens! I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment so I can offer that time to another family.
-
Yes! After we complete the evaluation, if your child requires therapy and is in daycare, I can do my therapy sessions there with your approval and the approval of the daycare. I will give you an update after every session to help carry-over skills at home.
